Have you ever written a line of CSS as a guess, crossing your figures that it might fix your
problem… somehow, hopefully?
Or maybe you’re an expert at finding a solution on Stack Overflow, only for it to half-work
and then have to waste time trying to get it to work on your own site?
Instead of being stuck in tutorial hell, imagine a day where you could write CSS and know exactly
what was going to happen.
That day is just around the corner.
I know that it’s just behind the corner because it happened to me. Here is my story, and why I know if can
happen to you.
It’s about learning how CSS itself works.
The biggest reason people have so much trouble is that they don’t even know about the fundamentals which
CSS is built upon.
This course has two goals:
Make you confident in writing CSS
Help set a solid foundation, setting the stage for future learning
Coming very soon
CSS Fundamentals is still in production, and is set to launch by March 2020. If you’re looking to be more
confident in your CSS skills, subscribe below and I’ll send you updates on the course.
Who is creating this?
Hi, my name is Kevin Powell. I teach both in the classroom and online.
Over on YouTube, I have a channel devoted to front-end development
and design with over 100,000 subscribers.
I'm a CSS evangelist. I really love CSS, and I want other people to see that it's a beautiful
language as well. That's why I've made this course, to help people see that CSS is actually pretty
I don't want CSS to be something that people fight against, but instead something that they leverage. No one
should see it as a nessessary evil, but instead the tool we use to build out our UI. Yes, it's different from
other langagues, but since when is different a bad thing?
What will be included in this course?
Step by step videos & screencasts
Challenges to reinforce your learning
A workbook to solidify everything that's covered
In the end, it's everything you'll need to make CSS make sense.
When is this course launching?
The plan right now is to have it off the ground in March 2020. It'll be a limited launch, with the doors only
open for 1 week, so make sure you sign up to be notified about it's launch!
